Products for the food and beverage industry

For the hand hygiene we recommend to use the products of Sterisol: www.sterisol.se

For the hygiene of the plant there are two methods:

1. Cleaning and disinfection in one step
For the daily  foam cleaning/disinfection with a foam equipment we recommend  Tabularasa Alkafoam 3 Chlor. This alcaline product eliminates all organic soils (fat, protein, carbohydrates) and disinfects with active chlorine. Once per week it is advisable to foam with the acid product Tabularasa Acifoam 3 in order to dissolve also the inorganic soils (limestone, rust).

For applications where foam is undesired (closed systems, CIP-cleaning, Clean In Place) we recommend the alcaline Tabularasa Alkacip 3 Chlor and the acid Tabularasa Acicip 3 in the same rhythm as described above.

2. Cleaning and disinfection in two steps
For the daily foam cleaning with a foam equipment we recommend  Tabularasa Alkafoam 3. This alcaline product eliminates all organic soils (fat, protein, carbohydrates). After rinsing of the cleaning foam there will be a spraying disinfection with Tabularasa Quat. After the action time there is again rinsing. Once per week it is advisable to foam with the acid product Tabularasa Acifoam 3 in order to dissolve also the inorganic soils (limestone, rust). Afterwards follows disinfection with Tabularasa Quat.

For applications where foam is undesired (closed systems, CIP-cleaning, Clean In Place) we recommend the alcaline cleanser Tabularasa Alkacip 3, the acid cleanser Tabularasa Acicip 3 and the disinfectant Tabularasa Peracet.

The benefit of cleaning and disinfection in two steps over the one step procedure is a higher hygiene degree.
