Short description of product

Liquid disinfectant concentrate on basis of hydrogen peroxide. Dries without residues, hence rinsing not necessary.

 

Fields of use

Food, Beverage, pharma and cosmetic industry. Hospitals. Specially suited for CIP-disinfection (disinfection of closed systems).

 

Use

For CIP-disinfection: 2% at 60°C during 5 minutes.

For spraying of surfaces: 4% at room temperature during 15 minutes.

Surfaces coming in contact with food have not to be rinsed before reuse

 

Material compatibility

Suited for all materials.

 

R- und S-phrases

R8: Contact with combustible material may cause fire. R34: Causes burns.

S26: In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. S36/37/39: Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.

 

Spectrum of activity

On spraying disinfection with 4% at room temperature efficient against:

All gram-negative bacteria as salmonella, escherichia coli, legionella and pseudomona aeruginosa.

All gram-positive bacteria as listeria monocytogenes and staphylococcus aureus.

On CIP-disinfection with 2% at 60°C additionally efficient against:

All yeasts as candida albicans

Moulds

Virus

On request you receive a test protocol of efficacy.

 

 

 

 

 

Composition

Contains 35% hydrogen peroxide.

 

Environmental behaviour

All components are well biodegradable. Hydrogen peroxide is decomposed to water and oxygen.

 

Handling

Store in original containers on a cool place, protected from light. Can be used for one year after date of production. Please consult safety data sheet for more information.

Due to the corrosive property of the product, dosing has to be made carefully.
