Short description of product Liquid disinfectant concentrate on basis of Peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. Specially efficient against bacteria spores. Fields of use Food, Beverage, pharma and cosmetic industry. Hospitals and veterinary installations. Specially suited for CIP-disinfection (disinfection of closed systems). Use For CIP-disinfection: 0.5% at 20°C during 10 minutes. For spraying of surfaces: 1% during 15 minutes. Surfaces coming in contact with food have to be rinsed before reuse Tabularasa Peracet is also efficient at low tempera-tures. Material compatibility Suitable for aluminium, stainless steel, tinned iron and all plastics. On iron, zinc iron and copper alloys there is a small erosion. Short action is possible. R- und S-phrases R8: Contact with combustible material may cause fire. R34: Causes burns. S26: In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. S36/37/39: Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Spectrum of activity Efficient against: All gram-negative bacteria as salmonella, escherichia coli, legionella and pseudomona aeruginosa. All gram-positive bacteria as listeria monocytogenes and staphylococcus aureus. Spores forming bacteria as bacillus subtilis. Environmental behaviour All components are well biodegradable. Peracetic acid is degraded to acetic acid and oxygen, hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen.
